Party Info

Benefits of a Private PartyYou select your own masterpiece to paint from our collection of 5000+ paintings. A link will be emailed to you once your party is scheduled so that you can choose your painting! You will be able to choose from 2-hour ($35/person) or 3-hour ($45/person)

You get a private party room and your own artist-instructor at the same price per person as our regular classes.

No set up, no clean up – just show up!! We supply all the art supplies.

We host parties for adults and kids!

The room is yours 30 minutes before class time to set up and socialize.

You can schedule your party any day of the week (artist and space permitting). We have morning, afternoon and evening slots available!

BYOB is NOT availabe at this location.  You must be 21 to consume alcohol. Identification will be checked and strictly enforced. We reserve the right to refuse to serve alcohol at our discretion.

How do I reserve a spot for my party?

*** We require parties to be requested a minimum of 2 weeks in advance from party date***

A non-refundable deposit equal to 2 seats is required to reserve our party room. In the event your group is larger than 32, please call us to discuss our policies and other options.

How do I pay for my party?

Charges will be $35/person for a 2-hour party or $45/person for a 3-hour party. The room is yours 30 minutes before the event for time to decorate and celebrate and there is a 15-minute grace period following your event.  If additional time is desired to extend the fun, there is an additional charge of $50 per half hour.  The party host will reserve the desired day & time with a non-refundable deposit equal to 2 seats. There is a 14-day cancellation notice requirement.  Your deposit will be forfeited if less than a 14-day notice of cancellation is given.  If the minimum of 10 guests aren’t registered and paid for within 10 days of the event, the party host will be required to pay for the remaining guests to meet our minimum. A password will be issued to all Private Events and all guests should use this code to register online. Only the people in your group will be able to reserve for the class.  Additional guests can be added up to the day prior to the event.

How much in advance do I need to schedule my party?

The sooner, the better! We ask for a 2-week notice to reserve the party room, please.


Do you offer any discounts on parties?

Thank you for asking, but, in general, we don’t. We’ve tried to keep the prices at rock-bottom so that you get a good value for your money everyday! (Also, for some specific advantages of booking a private party at no additional cost, please see the answers to Question #1: Why Book a Party?)

The City of Naperville does not allow our establishment to be a BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) studio. We do have Wine, Beer, Non-alcoholic beverages and light snacks for sale. Party hosts and guests are welcome to bring snacks and alternative food items.

Additional information regarding kids parties:

We are happy to host kids parties ages 8 and up! The cost per person is $35 for a 2-hr painting and $45 for a 3-hour painting.  A non-refundable deposit equal to 2 seats is required to reserve our party room.  You will have the use of the room for 30 minutes prior to your event to set up and socialize and there will be a 15 minute grace period following your event.  Should you need extra time for presents or cake, please make arrangements in advance to reserve our room for an additional $50 per half hour.  You are welcome to bring in your own party food.  We offer sodas and water for purchase at our Inspiration Bar. Should you decide to bring your own non-alcoholic beverages, we ask that you bring individual serving sizes only in plastic bottles or cans. No liters or punch bowls, please. For our kids parties we require 1 or 2 adults to remain at the party at all times.  Any additional adult will need to be registered to paint. We cannot accommodate observers or younger siblings.

Please note that our liquor license does not allow us to serve alcohol to adults in attendance at the party who are not registered to paint.

Parties for ages 8 through 18 on Tuesday through Saturday must be concluded by 6 pm.
